Our primary way of payment is online payment through the use of PayPal. You don’t need an account and you can just use your credit cards such as VISA and MasterCard as you would normally online, but with the benefit of the knowledge that your details are safe. We never see your card details, you pay PayPal and they pay us. We do not have any access to your credit card details.

Our order procedure is to protect you, our customers, and to avoid either you or us being a target for hackers or other unwanted guests. This means it will never be possible for us to recreate the details you have entered during the order as the system sends us the order details by e-mail at the same time as it sends them to you, and then directs you away from our site to the PayPal payment site. The payment site then returns you back to our site. We do not ship your order until we match the order request with the payment confirmation from PayPal.

For our customers who cannot, or do not wish, to use the PayPal system we can also offer offline payment methods, for example, we can arrange a bank transfer with you.

Should you want to pay with an offline payment method you can order online as normal and select one of the offline payment options, we will e-mail you the details you need to complete the payment.
